At Alankarini, immense care and love go into creating every piece of handmade jewelry and original painting. Because of the delicate nature of our products, we have a strict exchange-only policy.

• Eligibility: We only accept exchange requests if the product arrives damaged in transit or if you receive an incorrect item. We do not offer outright refunds or accept returns for a change of mind.

• Timeframe: You must initiate the exchange request within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Proof Required: To help us resolve the issue quickly, you must provide a continuous, uncut unboxing video along with clear photos showing the damage or the incorrect item.

• Shipping Costs: If your exchange is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, Alankarini will cover the return shipping costs.
