Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Dispatch Time: Because our items are meticulously handcrafted and carefully packaged for safe transit, our standard dispatch time is 3 to 4 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed, and another notification when your package is ready to leave our studio.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are not included in the product price.

  • All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your package.

Shipping Partners & Tracking

  • We use Shiprocket as our trusted shipping aggregator to ensure your orders are delivered reliably.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your package's journey from Bengaluru straight to your doorstep.

Delivery Timelines

  • After dispatch, delivery times will depend on your specific location and the courier partner assigned via Shiprocket. Standard deliveries within India generally take an additional 3 to 7 business days after leaving our hands.

Damages in Transit

  • We pack our artwork and delicate jewelry as securely as possible. However, if your package arrives damaged, please remember to record a continuous, uncut unboxing video before opening it. You can refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details on how to request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
